The Swatch Group Belgium is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the Bruges shop. You will coach the team, drive sales, and embody the Swatch brand values to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

In this role you will handle store operations, merchandising, and staff development in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring optimal customer service. This is a full-time position with attractive benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a retail store setting.
• Excellent Excel and numeric skills for reporting and inventory.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Sell and advise on products, maintaining high customer service.
• Ensure welcoming customer experience and product presentation.
• Lead and coach the sales team to reach targets and develop skills.
• Assist Store Manager in operations, scheduling and stock management.
• Contribute to shop objectives and maintain brand standards.
