Swatch Group Benelux is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bruges to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, ensure store presentation, and help with inventory and events to meet shop objectives.

The role requires a sales background with retail leadership experience, plus fluency in Dutch and English. A full-time, permanent contract and attractive benefits package are offered.
