Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics, Desteldonk, is seeking a Logistics Officer, Customer Operations to manage logistics services for pharmaceutical clients. You will liaise between the client and internal teams to ensure accurate data, schedules and compliance with customer agreements.

You bring admin or customer-facing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Administrative processing and follow-up of logistics services for assigned customers.
• Serve as the first operational contact for customers and liaise with internal departments.
• Follow processes and customer-related work instructions.
• Periodic consultation and adjustment moments with the customer.
• Handle complaints.
• Identify bottlenecks and brainstorm improvements with the customer.
