Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Marine and Island Coordinator Watch to support an extensive offshore infrastructure project. You will provide essential administrative and coordination duties to manage vessel movements and personnel transfers.

The role requires experience in administrative/logistics coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will work with dedicated software to maintain data quality and participate in daily coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics, maritime, or operational coordination environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner.
• Understanding of logistics and operational processes within an industrial or technical context.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and procedures.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
