Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Marine and Island Coordinator Watch to provide administrative and coordination support for an offshore infrastructure project. You will help manage vessel movements, registrations, and contractor documentation, while participating in daily coordination meetings and keeping accurate records.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of logistics in a technical setting, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics, maritime or operational coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and structured, systematic work approach.
• Good understanding of logistics and operational processes in an industrial/technical context.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational data in coordination software.
• Manage vessel and personnel registrations for data integrity.
• Verify completeness of submitted documentation from contractors.
• Assist planning and coordination of vessel movements and transfers offshore.
• Administer permits, access requirements, and vessel approvals.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
