Job summary

ECS in Zeebrugge is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to ensure smooth daily transport coordination, interact with customers, and collaborate with internal teams. You will identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficient problem solving in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a relevant bachelor-level background, and several years in customer service or logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience within customer service and/or the logistics sector.
• Fluent Dutch & English (speaking and writing).
• Communicatively strong with a win-win mindset.
• Assertive and proactive in seizing opportunities.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders.
• Report problems, delays on time to our customers.
• Collaborate with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
