You will gain hands‑on experience in corporate learning, leadership development, and digital learning while collaborating with HR, managers, and associates in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to HR/learning and development.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Learning Administration: plan, schedule, and organize training events.
• Digital Learning: support DOJO/LXP platform and e-learnings.
• Learning Projects: contribute to leadership programs and onboarding.
• Communication & Engagement: create learning communications and campaigns.
• Data & Reporting: analyze participation and create dashboards.
