Terumo Europe NV is offering an 18-month Young Graduate Program for recent engineering graduates in Belgium. This program features three rotations focused on key technical domains including Design Engineering, providing hands-on experiences in a dynamic, innovative manufacturing environment.

Participants will work on business-critical projects, gain exposure to multiple technologies, and benefit from coaching and mentoring to build a long-term career within the company.

Job Responsibilities

During your rotations you will:

• Support design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes in collaboration with experienced engineers.
• Contribute to manufacturing process improvements, factory innovation and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects involving manufacturing, product, quality and regulatory teams.
• Analyse technical challenges and propose practical, data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards in all activities.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and actively contribute to team objectives.

Your exact responsibilities will evolve across rotations to ensure a broad and meaningful learning experience.

Profile Description

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who want to make an impact. The candidate must be based and legally entitled to work in Belgium before the start of the program, October 1st 2026.

We are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Recently graduated or maximum 1 year of work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
