The role suits HCID graduates or those with a strong background in Human-Computer Interaction, UX design, Educational Technology or Learning Design, with familiarity in tools like Figma, Miro and the Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Graduate with HCID or related field; strong UX background.
• Experience with user research and design thinking.
• Familiar with Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.

Responsabilités

• Design learner journeys across online, blended and micro-credential programmes.
• Conduct learner interviews and usability testing; analyze feedback.
• Support development of digital credentials and innovation initiatives.
