Terumo Europe NV is offering a Young Graduate Design Engineer position as part of their 18-month Young Graduate Program. This program encompasses three rotations across various technical domains, allowing graduates to acquire hands-on experience in an innovative manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will contribute to real business-critical projects while collaborating with experienced engineers and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role is specifically designed for recent graduates, and upon completion, candidates will transition into a permanent role aligned with their strengths.

Job Summary

Join our 18-month Young Graduate Program, where you will complete three rotations across key technical domains, with a strong focus on Design Engineering.

This programme offers you the chance to:

• Develop hands‑on experience in an exciting and innovative manufacturing environment with exposure to engineering, facility management and maintenance.
• Work on real business‑critical projects from day one
• Gain exposure to manufacturing, quality and cross‑functional teams

Job Responsibilities

During your rotations, you will:

• Support design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes in collaboration with experienced engineers
• Contribute to manufacturing processes improvements, factoryinnovation and lifecycle management initiatives
• Participate in cross‑functional projects involving manufacturing, product, quality and regulatory teams
• Analyse technical challenges and propose practical, data‑driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards in all activities
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and actively contribute to team objectives

Your exact responsibilities will evolve across rotations to ensure a broad and meaningful learning experience.

Profile Description

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who want to make an impact. The candidate needs to be basedand legally entitled to work in Belgium before the start of the program, October 1st 2026.

We are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical
• Recently graduated or maximum 1 year of work experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Ducth and English
