Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the HRD in delivering strategic objectives and lead on a range of projects. You will coach store managers, develop HR policy, manage resourcing, and drive organisational change to maximise effectiveness.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll and ER teams to deliver onboarding, succession planning, and performance management across Belgium and beyond.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law.
• International and multi-country HR experience preferred.
• Innovative and proactive mindset.
• Full breadth of HR knowledge and experience in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit Team Managers, Expert Client Advisors, (Senior) Client Advisors, Stock Controllers and more, covering the full 360 recruitment process.
• Build networks of candidates through proactive search, professional networks, and partnerships.
• Educate HR peers on recruitment trends and develop recruitment programs.
• Partner with Education providers and Learning to design onboarding programmes.
• Develop succession planning and conduct organizational reviews with HRD.
• Coach managers on development plans and drive performance management.
• Collaborate on payroll, benefits, and monthly reporting; ensure compliance and ER handling.
• Lead CSR, Health & Safety initiatives and ensure local employment law compliance.
