ITProposal seeks an experienced Ingenieur Expert Veiligheid – Projectrealisatie to support complex technical projects in a highly regulated industrial environment in Dessel. You will provide specialized technical expertise and coordinate projects to ensure safe, reliable installations and compliant processes.

The role requires hands-on risk analyses, development of technical solutions and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with relevant experience in technical project environments.
• Experience with technical specifications, standards and engineering documentation.
• Experience managing technical projects, including planning and budget monitoring.
• Strong experience with risk analysis and technical problem solving.
• Experience providing technical advice and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as HAZOP, FMEA, SWIFT and MOC is highly relevant.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Native or bilingual Dutch proficiency.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated and safety-critical environment.

• Review and maintain project, safety, construction, permit and operational documentation.
• Develop and monitor acceptance criteria and technical standards.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, including the preparation and evaluation of technical specifications.
• Maintain and share specialist knowledge regarding applicable standards, legislation, best practices and technical developments.
• Contribute to maintenance, replacement and medium-term investment planning.
