Qover is seeking a Claims Team Lead to drive day-to-day operations, act as the technical claims expert, and improve the experience for customers, employees and carriers. The role reports to the Claims Manager and requires a strong background in claims handling and people leadership.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence broader company goals while maintaining a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience working in an insurance company, MGA, broker or third party administrator
• You speak fluent English. Any other European language is a plus
• Experience in claims handling is a must
• Experience in people management is a must
• Knowledge of Google applications and ability to grasp new systems quickly
