Qover, a leading insurtech based in Brussels, is seeking a Claims Officer to manage claims end-to-end. You will handle First Notification of Loss, verify coverage, investigate validity, and communicate with clients via email and phone.

The role requires 1–5 years in claims and fluency in English, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. We offer a flexible work environment with up to three remote days per week and additional opportunities to work remotely from abroad for one month

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in claims handling within insurance (MGA, broker or third party administrator).
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google applications and ability to quickly grasp new systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload.
• Tech affinity is a plus; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process claims from A to Z.
• Handle First Notification of Loss and partner validation processes.
• Investigate claims to determine validity and assess coverage as per policy conditions.
• Handle written and phone correspondence and calculate settlements for payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and outcomes and continuously improve the process with new tools.
