Qover in Brussels is seeking a Claims Officer to join an ambitious insurtech team and disrupt the European insurance market. You will manage claims end-to-end, handle notifications and validations, and determine coverage while maintaining thorough records.

The role requires 1–5 years in claims handling, fluent English, and adeptness with Google apps; a proactive, multitasking mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment that values initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in claims handling in insurance (MGA, broker or TPA).
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of Google applications and ability to grasp new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a varied workload.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process claims from A to Z.
• Handle First Notification of Loss and partner validation processes.
• Investigate claims to determine their validity.
• Assess coverage per policy conditions and communicate decisions.
• Handle written and phone correspondence with claimants.
• Calculate settlements and proceed to payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and outcomes.
• Continuously improve the claims process with new tools and processes.
