Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solution architecture or IT delivery.
• Affinity with architectural practices and translating business requirements into tech solutions.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate or Public Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Broad interest in banking tech; KYC domain knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; strong collaboration & communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable tech solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions with engineers and domain architects and guide deployment.
• Align roadmaps between squads and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work autonomously and spar with engineers, product teams and fellow architects.
