Job summary

AXIANS EI is seeking a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist in Brussels to drive learning initiatives, documentation excellence, and knowledge sharing within an IT service environment.

You will coordinate training programs, develop learning materials, maintain documentation repositories, and support continuous improvement across teams to boost operational efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Training, Documentation, or related areas.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Confluence, and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist to drive learning initiatives, documentation excellence, and knowledge-sharing practices within a dynamic IT Service Delivery environment. In this role, you will help ensure that critical knowledge is effectively captured, maintained, and shared across teams. You will coordinate training programs, develop learning materials, maintain documentation repositories, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.

What you will do on a daily base

• Coordinate and support training and learning initiatives across stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, knowledge articles, guides, and documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.
• Monitor training participation, progress, and reporting.
• Create, review, and maintain operational and technical documentation.
• Manage and improve knowledge repositories in SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Capture best practices, lessons learned, and process documentation.
• Ensure documentation quality, consistency, accessibility, and governance.

Your Key Skills

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Training Coordination, Documentation, or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.

Your Main Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Training, Documentation, or related areas.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Confluence, and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience working in international environments is a plus.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification is an advantage.
