You will be the primary contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction and accurate invoicing of services.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of car technologies (min. A2 diploma).
• Commercial mindset and enjoy dealing with customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure excellent satisfaction.
• Help manage daily workshop planning and scheduling.
• Communicate clearly between customer and workshop.
• Ensure correct invoicing of completed work.
