CHEP is seeking a Analyst to collaborate with a Key Account manager on a portfolio of customers, to improve the customer experience and pallet management. You will leverage data insights to identify risks, opportunities, and deviations, and work with stakeholders to implement customer-oriented solutions.

You will also handle administrative topics, ensuring timely processing and data integrity while supporting continuous improvement to service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You live in commutable distance to Mechelen, Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2+); French is a plus.
• Analytical mind with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willing to do administrative work and follow up actions to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests within SLAs.
• Support customer onboarding, set up accounts, and provide system training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service requests in relevant systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support customer retention.
