• Experience in customer service, business support, account management, operations, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Manage customer onboarding activities, including account setup and support.
• Conduct customer stock audits and ensure timely completion of audit activities.
• Analyze audit results and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service records across relevant systems.
• Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify customer concerns and implement solutions that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure needs are understood and addressed.
