Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Manage customer onboarding activities, including account setup and support.
• Conduct customer stock audits and ensure timely completion of audit activities.
• Analyze audit results and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service records across systems.
