Jobat is assisting a world-leading HR consultancy in Brussels to recruit ambitious recruitment consultants. You will develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, advise on salary benchmarks and talent market trends, and guide candidates through the hiring journey.

In a dynamic, entrepreneurial team, you will source, screen, interview candidates, negotiate offers and help placements from start to finish while achieving individual and team targets.

• Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients within your specialist market.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
