Green Recruitment is seeking a Junior Business Developer for PV and BESS projects in Belgium. You will drive development from lead qualification through handover to operations, and you will structure agreements, perform financial modeling, and manage permits with grid operators.

You bring 1–2 years of renewable energy project experience, strong contract knowledge, and fluency in French or Dutch. A hybrid work setup with some homeworking is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or equivalent by experience.
• 1–2 years of renewable energy project development experience in Belgium.
• Strong knowledge of PPA, EPC, O&M and land agreements.
• Understanding of permitting, grid connection and stakeholder management in Belgium.
• Experience in financial modeling and business case development (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Strong project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomous, structured and solution‑oriented with negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver PV and BESS projects from lead to handover to operations.
• Originate and qualify opportunities, prepare tailored offers and support negotiations.
• Structure and negotiate PPAs, EPC, O&M and land rights agreements.
• Define technical scope and coordinate preparation of technical solutions.
• Build business plans with CAPEX, OPEX and revenue assumptions.
• Lead permitting and coordinate with authorities and grid operators.
• Manage planning, milestones, risks and reporting during development.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the process.
• Prepare transition to construction and handover of documentation.
• Monitor progress, budget, planning, quality and safety with EPC contractors.
• Ensure proper administrative follow-up and project closure.
