WERAANBIEDING UIT EEN ANDERE REGIO seeks a Project and Engineering Manager for BESS projects, overseeing engineering and execution across electrical, civil, and structural domains. You will coordinate EPC partners, consultants, and internal teams while preparing specifications and leading tender processes.

You should have a Master degree in Engineering and proven experience in large-scale energy projects; English and French proficiency is essential, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Master degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Civil).
• Experience in engineering or construction of large-scale energy or infrastructure projects (BESS or renewables preferred).
• Strong coordinating skills to manage all parties involved.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus.

• Oversee multidisciplinary design across electrical, civil, and structural domains.
• Supervise EPC partners, engineering firms, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Project and Engineering Manager - BESS M/V/X

? As a Project and Engineering Manager - BESS you'll drive the engineering and
execution of major BESS projects (typically >100M EUR investment).

? You are responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary design across electrical, civil,
and structural engineering domains..

? You supervise EPC partners, engineering firms, consultants, and other external
stakeholders throughout all phases, and coordinate internal teams including
development, procurement, construction, and HSE.

? As a Project and Engineering Manager - BESS you prepare technical specifications
and lead tendering processes with suppliers, integrators, and contractors..

? You manage key technical domains such as: BESS system architecture, HV/MV
substations, grid interconnection, cabling, electrical infrastructure, civil works, site
infrastructure, etc.

? As a Project and Engineering Manager - BESS you closely follow the project
planning, make adjustments where necessary, and report on the project progress
and the milestones.

Your profile

? You have a Master degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, .) or
equivalent level of education.

? You have relevant experience in engineering or construction of large-scale energy or
infrastructure projects (BESS or renewables preferred).

? Solid understanding of project development, permitting, and grid connection
procedures.

? You have strong coordinating skills and are able of successfully managing all parties
involved.

? Excellent knowledge of English and French, able to communicate in Dutch is a plus.

? You are communicative, have strong people skills and can take initiative.
