BESIX Group is seeking a senior Corporate and Project Finance Manager to join BESIX Power in Belgium. This hands-on finance professional will shape the M&A strategy, evaluate investments, and collaborate with development, engineering, legal and senior management to drive growth.

You will lead financial appraisal, build investment models, negotiate key contracts, ensure bankability of projects, and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, delivering strategic value to the group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, project finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of project and corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Commercial, outward looking, and able to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead buy-side M&A transactions with due diligence and structuring.
• Build and stress-test investment models and provide clear recommendations.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts (PPA, EPC, LTSA) with a risk-return lens.
• Ensure bankability and optimize cost of capital for projects.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and monitor performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with development, engineering, finance, tax, legal and operations.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting for BESIX Power.
