Inizio Engage is seeking a Brand Manager Benelux to lead strategic brand initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role focuses on rare diseases, requiring collaboration with commercial, medical and market access teams and strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a scientific degree and has initial experience in pharmaceutical marketing or Key Account Management, with fluency in Dutch, French and English and willingness to travel within the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in a life sciences field is required.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English with excellent communication skills.
• Initial experience in pharmaceutical marketing or Key Account Management is preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand strategy across the Benelux region.


• Create and implement marketing plans in collaboration with commercial, medical, and market access teams.

Your Profile

• Scientific degree (Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Life Sciences, or equivalent).


• Initial experience in pharmaceutical marketing or experience as a Key Account Manager with the ambition to move into marketing.


• Strong interest in rare diseases and innovative therapies.


• Excellent project management and communication skills.


• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.


• Based in Belgium or the Netherlands, with willingness to travel across the Benelux region.
