Bluesquare is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major immunization strength program in the DRC, coordinating a diverse, multi-partner team across Kinshasa and field locations. Based in Brussels or Kinshasa, you will manage design-to-implementation phases, ensure donor reporting, and deliver high-quality results in a challenging environment.

The role requires 8+ years of digital project management experience, immunization program knowledge, and strong French/English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management, ideally in international development or global health.
• Experience with immunization programs, ideally with EPI/PEV.
• Proven experience managing medium-to-large, multi-partner projects in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the DRC health system and Ministry of Health (MoH), ideally Kasaï province and its health zones.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (C1 level minimum in both languages).
• Demonstrated analytical ability to interrogate monitoring data and derive actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, shaping the solution and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Monitor the project from design to completion and ensure capacity building.
• Oversee budgets, donor reporting, and contractual obligations.
• Navigate complex governance environments with ministries, donors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables and reports meet quality standards with technical leads.
• Support integration of the project into existing processes and tools (JIRA and Odoo).
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure deliverables meet requirements and perform UAT testing.
