St John's International School invites applications for a Junior IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical assistance to students, staff and faculty in a dynamic, international school setting. You will help ensure reliable access to technology, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment and maintenance of school IT resources.

The role covers classroom technology, device lifecycle management in a 1:1 environment, and support for systems such as iSams, APSchool, ManageBac, plus cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS; Mobile Device Management (MDM). Networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Exposure to Cisco Meraki environments is an advantage (basic level).
• Experience with educational systems (iSams, APSchool, ManageBac) is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support via helpdesk, ticketing, email, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support classroom technology including projectors, displays, and AV equipment.
• Assist students and staff with login issues and access to educational platforms.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory and device deployment/collection in a 1:1 environment.
• Provide user support for school systems including iSams, APSchool, ManageBac; assist with accounts and permissions.
