BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Belgium. The candidate will provide first- and second-level IT support, resolving Windows, Office, Cisco Jabber issues, and basic Mac support for Apple users.

Requires several years in IT, Dutch and French at B2 level, and a valid Belgian work permit. On-site work, with opportunities to work with international teams and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- or second-level IT support and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to fix complex AV issues.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions promptly.
• Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office, and Cisco Jabber.
• Support Mac users and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Diagnose network connectivity and workstation problems.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Belgium

Tasks

Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .

Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.

Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements

1.Must hold a valid work permit in Belgium

2.Several years of experience in the IT field

3.Dutch & French language B2 level needed.
