Michael Page is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic international environment in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for end users, providing frontline IT support and contributing to a smooth IT experience across the organization.

The role requires an IT degree or internship, fluency in French and English, and a proactive, customer-service mindset. Dutch is a plus, and you will work onsite in Brussels with mentoring and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• A degree in IT or first experience/internship in IT support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and a good level of English; Dutch is a bonus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong customer-service mindset.

• Providing first-line IT support to employees.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution.
• Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in IT or a first experience/internship in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service mindset.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Great level of English (fluent speaker).
