About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Support Technician to join a dynamic international IT Workplace & Helpdesk team supporting a large enterprise environment with over 1,000 users.
You will be part of a collaborative Brussels-based team working closely with colleagues across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-user support services and contributing to workplace technology improvement projects.
This position is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional who enjoys combining hands-on support, troubleshooting, workplace technologies, and user interaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and workplace-related incidents.
- Manage and coordinate IT service requests from initiation to closure.
- Deliver support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Configure, install, and maintain Windows and Mac workstations.
- Manage workstation inventory and asset lifecycle processes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Deliver VIP and executive-level support when required.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve operational issues.
- Support workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to workplace and mobility projects.
- Advise users and stakeholders on workplace and mobile technology solutions.

Working Environment
- Primarily based in Brussels.
- Occasional travel to a nearby backup site is required.
