ACTIEF INTERIM is recruiting for a multinational medical devices and healthcare company for a Junior Customer Service Representative role in Belgium. You will be the primary contact for hospitals, distributors and buying groups in Emerging Markets, handling orders and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating SAP master data, addressing issues with solutions, issuing memos, and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

• First working experience required.
• Role focuses on order processing and handling customer concerns.
• Experience with SAP master data maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer, price, and material data in SAP.
• Address customer concerns with root-cause investigations and solutions (replacements, corrective invoices).
• Issue credit/debit memos.

Got a first working experience, and looking to expand your horizons? As a Junior Customer Service Representative for the Emerging Markets at a multinational medical devices and healthcare company, you'll be the primary point of contact for their valued customers (hospitals, distributors, buying groups, ...).

What you'll do:

• Order processing, either manual or via an internal platform
• Maintain various master data (customers, prices, materials, ...) in SAP in order to ensure data accuracy and streamline processes to keep the data up to date
• Address customer concerns by executing root cause investigations and offering solutions (replacements, corrective invoices, ...)
• Issue credit/debit memos
• Support inventory management activities
