Abbott in Belgium is seeking an Emerging Markets Junior Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders from start to finish, supporting distributors across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Israel, Ukraine, and other international markets.

You will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and high-quality service in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order management and logistics coordination.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor customer orders in SAP.
• Follow up on large and complex orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage backorders and keep customers informed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns and credit notes.
• Coordinate with distributors, couriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Maintain customer, pricing and product master data.
• Support inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality requirements and service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and operational excellence in Customer Service.

We are looking for an Emerging Markets Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Medical Devices team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish while supporting distributors across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Israel, Ukraine, and other international markets.

As a vital link between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be managing and following up on customer orders, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and monitoring customer orders in SAP
• Following up on large and complex orders to ensure timely delivery
• Managing backorders and keeping customers informed
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and credit notes
• Coordinating with distributors, couriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Maintaining customer, pricing, and product master data
• Supporting inventory management and stock monitoring activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, and service standards
• Contributing to continuous improvements and operational excellence within Customer Service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent customer service skills with strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.

You will likely have :

• Upper secondary diploma/ High school diploma
• First work experience, ideally in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar operational role
• Ideally, experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A structured approach and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English, and either French, Arabic or Russian, both written and spoken
