Abbott Laboratories in Belgium is seeking an Emerging Markets Junior Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders from start to finish and ensure timely delivery across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Israel, Ukraine, and other regions.

You will collaborate with sales, logistics partners, and internal teams, maintain master data, and contribute to continuous improvements while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary diploma or high school diploma.
• Experience in customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English plus French, Arabic or Russian is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and follow up on customer orders from start to finish.
• Process orders in SAP and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with distributors, couriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and credits.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and product master data.
• Support inventory monitoring and compliance with procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in Customer Service.
