Job summary

Rhox is seeking a junior business analyst to simplify KYC, KYI, AML and Transaction Monitoring processes. You will convert operational problems into practical improvements and reduce manual work, while ensuring clear documentation and controls that reflect changing requirements.

You will redesign AS-IS processes into TO-BE workflows, support handovers with PMO-style tracking, and monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Proficient in Dutch or French (C2) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Redesign AS-IS processes into TO-BE workflows and target operating models.
• Develop practical solutions based on root-cause analysis of operational problems.
• Translate policy changes and stakeholder needs into business requirements.
• Document work instructions to support knowledge transfer during handovers.
• Provide PMO support through action, milestone, dependency and risk tracking.
• Monitor operational KPIs to measure the impact of implemented changes.
