Job summary

Rhox is seeking a junior business analyst to simplify KYC, KYI, AML and Transaction Monitoring processes. You will convert operational problems into practical improvements and reduce manual work, while ensuring clear documentation and controls that reflect changing requirements.

You will redesign AS-IS processes into TO-BE workflows, support handovers with PMO-style tracking, and monitor KPIs to measure impact of changes while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Proficient in Dutch or French (C2) and English (C1).

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with a range of IT tools.
• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• Dutch or French, C2.
• English, C1.
• Clear, diplomatic communication and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt under pressure.
• Accurate problem solving and attention to the quality of deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience writing procedures, training materials and process documentation.
• Interest in finance and banking products.
• Knowledge of KYC, KYI, AML and Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience with process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Excel for reporting and operational analysis.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption of new ways of working.
