Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a financial security transformation at a Brussels client site. You will work on-site as part of our consultancy model, documenting and redesigning KYC, KYI, AML, and monitoring workflows to optimise delivery and control standards.

You will map current processes, identify gaps, and craft practical proposals while coordinating with local teams and a central Delivery Center. English fluency is required, French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Experience as Business Analyst is preferred.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with KYC, KYI, AML and regulatory topics is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document KYC, KYI, AML, and Transaction Monitoring processes.
• Map AS-IS processes and contribute to TO-BE operating models.
• Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
• Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into statements.
• Develop practical solution proposals with benefits and risks.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and support implementation.
• Challenge current ways of working and seek simplifications and automation.
• Support training and knowledge transfer between teams and the Delivery Center.
• Prepare structured management materials and dashboards.
