Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior business analyst to drive the renewal of a case-management application. The role focuses on aligning process improvements, data modelling and user stories to increase case volumes and support a machine learning quality-check project.

You will optimise processes, model data for the renewal, and translate epics into actionable user stories while aiding gradual replacement of existing functionality.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in business operations applied to ICT, at expert level.
• At least three years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience developing and optimising processes using BPM.
• Practical experience building data models.
• Experience translating epics and features into user stories.
• Practical experience with PowerBI.
• At least two years of project management experience.
• Dutch, CEFR C2 proficiency.
