Job summary

Qualifications

• One year Business Analysis experience.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• English fluency; French or Dutch also required (either language suffices)

Responsibilities

• Analyse KYC, KYI, AML and Transaction Monitoring processes, workflows and procedures.
• Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes and target operating models.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual activities, duplication and control gaps.
• Perform operational root-cause analysis.
• Translate problems into structured statements, impacts, stakeholders and causes.
• Develop solution proposals, benefits, dependencies, requirements and risks.
• Recommend process improvements and guide stakeholder decisions and implementation.
• Challenge working practices and identify simplification, automation and redesign opportunities.
