NISH Tech BV is seeking a Software Solution Specialist – Service Management Tools (Ivanti Expert) to join the Digital Workplace – Users Support team in Brussels. The role focuses on configuring, scripting, and integrating Ivanti ISM to meet business needs.

You will work hybrid, contribute to end-to-end developments, train users, and support service management initiatives across the organization. Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and API integrations is essential, with a proactive, collaborative

Qualifications

University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable.
At least 3 years of experience with Service Management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager.
Up-to-date knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) and ITIL-based Service Management.

Responsabilités

Implement and develop requirements through configuration or scripting in user support tools.
Ensure operation and software maintenance of the Service Management tools together with the team.
Advise key users on IT Service Management issues and best practices when using the tool.
Participate in end-to-end activities of new developments and configurations.
Initiate and participate in further developments and improvements of the software.
Provide ongoing support for the integration of the software into the application and system landscape.
Support testing activities and end-user training.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Service Management solution.
