In4Matic seeks a Software Solution Specialist to support and further develop service management tools within the digital workplace. You will enable smooth service delivery, second-line support, and tailored workflows for business users in Brussels.

Requirements include 3+ years with service management tools (Ivanti Service Manager preferred), ITIL knowledge, JavaScript experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid on-site role in Brussels with some testing and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Implement and develop functional/technical requirements through configuration or scripting.
• Ensure operation, maintenance, and reliability of tooling with the team.
• Advise key users on IT service management practices and tool usage.
• Contribute to end-to-end activities for new developments and configurations.
• Drive improvements and enhancements to the software.
• Assist with testing and end-user training.
