In4Matic seeks a Software Solution Specialist to support and further develop service management tools within the digital workplace. You will enable smooth service delivery, second-line support, and tailored workflows for business users in Brussels.

Requirements include 3+ years with service management tools (Ivanti Service Manager preferred), ITIL knowledge, JavaScript experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid on-site role in Brussels with some testing and training responsibilities.

Function

Our client is seeking a Software Solution Specialist to support and further develop service management tools within the digital workplace environment. This is an opportunity to work on user support solutions that enable smooth service delivery, second-level support, and tailored workflows for key business users in a dynamic and evolving setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop functional and technical requirements through configuration or scripting in user support tools.
• Ensure the operation, maintenance, and continued reliability of the tooling together with the team.
• Advise key users on IT service management practices and tool usage.
• Contribute to end-to-end activities related to new developments and configurations.
• Drive and support ongoing improvements and enhancements to the software.
• Support the integration of the toolset into the wider application and system landscape.
• Assist with testing and end-user training.

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with service management tools, preferably Ivanti Service Manager.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Solid background in planning, developing, operating, and continuously improving applications or software systems, either standard or customized.
• Experience with similar platforms such as ServiceNow or Zendesk is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, SOAP, and REST APIs is an advantage.
• Experience in IT operations management is a plus.
• Understanding of agile working methods is beneficial.

Practical Information

• Work regime: full-time.
• Location: Brussels.
