WLG in Brussels is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build and maintain integrations around the BMC Helix ITSM platform. You will join a dedicated capacity team at the alliance headquarters in Brussels to ensure seamless data flows and reliable ITSM integrations.

Responsibilities include working with APIs and middleware, documenting interfaces, testing end-to-end integration scenarios, and supporting the wider team during incidents.

Qualifications

• Integration engineering experience on BMC Helix or comparable ITSM platform.
• API and middleware work with scripting to back it up.
• Enough CMDB understanding to know what your integrations are writing into.
• Professional certifications: BMC Helix and ITIL.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain integrations between BMC Helix and the surrounding estate.
• Work with APIs, connectors and middleware, owning error handling when feeds misbehave.
• Keep integration documentation and interface definitions current.
• Test integrations properly, including failure paths.
• Support the wider team when an incident turns out to be an integration problem.
