WLG in Brussels is seeking a seasoned engineer to own and operate the BMC Helix ITSM platform, ensuring CMDB integrity and supporting incident, problem, and service requests as the platform owner.

The role requires solid CMDB practices and ITIL grounding, with the professional certifications the requirement asks for, including BMC Helix and ITIL among them. Fully on-site at the alliance headquarters.

Qualifications

• Real BMC Helix ITSM engineering experience, not administration alongside another role.
• Solid CMDB and configuration management practice.
• ITIL grounding, and ideally the certification to go with it.

Responsabilités

• Engineering and maintaining the BMC Helix ITSM platform and its configuration management database.
• Keeping the CMDB accurate: data model, relationships, reconciliation and the health of the records themselves.
• Supporting incident, problem, change and service request processes as the platform owner rather than as a user.
• Working with the service owners on continuous service improvement.
• Documenting what you build to a standard that survives a handover.
