WLG in Brussels is seeking a dedicated engineer to own and advance the BMC Helix ITSM and CMDB platform. You will engineer and maintain the platform and ensure accurate CMDB data as part of a small, focused capacity team.

You will support incident, problem, change and service requests as the platform owner, collaborate with service owners on continuous improvements, and document builds to handover-ready standards.

Qualifications

• Real BMC Helix ITSM engineering experience, not administration alongside another role.
• Solid CMDB and configuration management practice.
• ITIL grounding, and ideally the certification to go with it.
• The professional certifications the requirement asks for, BMC Helix and ITIL among them.

Responsabilités

• Engineering and maintaining the BMC Helix ITSM platform and its configuration management database.
• Keeping the CMDB accurate: data model, relationships, reconciliation and the health of the records themselves.
• Supporting incident, problem, change and service request processes as the platform owner rather than as a user.
• Working with the service owners on continuous service improvement.
• Documenting what you build to a standard that survives a handover.
