ING Belgium is seeking an IT Integrator to bridge Business and IT, translating needs into actionable roadmaps and coordinating changes across squads and Tribes. You will partner with Product Leads, Architects, and Engineers to deliver customer value early and continuously.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of Agile delivery, integration concepts, and software architecture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT integration role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, integration concepts, and software architecture.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation roadmaps and features.
• Coordinate delivery across squads, Tribes, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Support feature prioritization with a strong MVP mindset.
• Drive alignment between Business and IT throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Challenge and support teams on solution design and implementation choices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and effective ways of working.
