WLG is seeking a skilled Level-2 IT support professional to join a NIC/contractor team in Mons, Belgium (SHAPE). The role focuses on incident, service-request, change and task handling within an integrated service-delivery framework.

You will document and resolve tickets using NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps, participate in daily stand-ups and workshops, and provide on-call support as required. On-site NATO collaboration is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level-2 technical support experience.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Exposure to JISR/intelligence-support systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level-2 and service-management support for incidents, requests, changes and tasks.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets per internal processes.
• Install, monitor and support named NIC/CONTRACTOR services.
• Participate in daily reporting, workshops, events and on-call duties.
