Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst to implement Odoo software solutions and collaborate with clients across eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, and Websites. You will translate client needs into configuration and development and deliver personalized training to maximise application use.

Expect to manage around six projects concurrently, grow into greater independence, and benefit from a collaborative team of around 200 colleagues in a friendly, open culture.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of IT/ERP project experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Any other European language is a strong plus.
• Multitasking and affinity with the IT world.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer projects and build trust.
• Analyze customer needs and propose solutions.
• Implement configured and developed solutions.
• Provide training to customers/partners.
• Track project status and ongoing tasks.
• Coordinate and follow up Odoo implementations.
• Coach and train internally to improve processes.
