Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst/HR Software Consultant who will implement Odoo and work directly with clients to maximize use of HR, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website apps. You will analyze needs, design solutions, configure flows, and deliver training to ensure on-time, on-budget projects.

You will also support the growth of our partner network, coach partners worldwide, and continually deepen your proficiency through training while contributing to Odoo's community and

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience as HR Software Implementation Consultant or Integrator.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for HR software integration.

Responsabilités

• Project Management (50-70%): Gain trust of customers, Analyze customer needs, Implement agreed solutions, Train customers/partners, Follow project status, Organize Odoo implementations.
• Internal Improvement (30-50%): Support, coach and train team members, Collaborate with Product Owners, Participate in sales and marketing activities, Develop new business services.
