Odoo in Belgium is seeking a versatile Business Analyst and Marketing Expert to join our Marketing Apps team. You will implement Odoo, analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, configure flows, and deliver personal training sessions to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

You will also support the growth of our partner network, coach partners worldwide, and collaborate with Product Owners, Sales and Marketing teams to develop our apps' reputation and success.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in the marketing field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
• Experience with CRM system.
• Strong understanding of CRM and lead management processes.
• Business-oriented and solution-driven.
• Autonomous, assertive and proactive.
• Fluent in French & English (or Dutch).
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Manage client marketing projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Configure and implement marketing solutions using Odoo apps.
• Coach and train teams on Marketing tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and sales/marketing teams to develop app reputation.
